应用三氯苯咪唑混悬剂,选择自然感染肝片吸虫的牦牛60头进行了驱虫试验。结果表明:①三氯苯咪唑混悬剂5mg/kg体重剂量对肝片吸虫的虫卵转阴率、减少率分别为83.3%、90.0%,对成虫的驱净率和驱虫率分别为91.7%、93.8%,对童虫的驱净率和驱虫率分别为83.3%、90.1%;10、15mg/kg剂量对肝片吸虫虫卵转阴率、减少率及成虫、童虫的驱净率和驱虫率均达100%;②三氯苯咪唑混悬剂10mg/kg剂量与同剂量三氯苯咪唑片剂的驱虫效果无明显差异;③三氯苯咪唑混悬剂3个剂量组试验牛未见异常反应。试验证明三氯苯咪唑混悬剂10、15mg/kg剂量驱除牦牛肝片吸虫高效安全,临床使用以10mg/kg剂量为宜。

응용삼록분미서혼현제,선택자연감염간편흡충적모우60두진행료구충시험。결과표명:①삼록분미서혼현제5mg/kg체중제량대간편흡충적충란전음솔、감소솔분별위83.3%、90.0%,대성충적구정솔화구충솔분별위91.7%、93.8%,대동충적구정솔화구충솔분별위83.3%、90.1%;10、15mg/kg제량대간편흡충충란전음솔、감소솔급성충、동충적구정솔화구충솔균체100%;②삼록분미서혼현제10mg/kg제량여동제량삼록분미서편제적구충효과무명현차이;③삼록분미서혼현제3개제량조시험우미견이상반응。시험증명삼록분미서혼현제10、15mg/kg제량구제모우간편흡충고효안전,림상사용이10mg/kg제량위의。
Selecting 60 yaks which naturally infected with Fasciola hepatica were used to carry out the experiment on effect of Triclabendazofe suspensions, The results showed ①At dosage of 5mg/kg,the negative rate and reductive rate of Fasciola hepatica ova were 83.3% ,90.0% , the cleanse rate and the deworming rate of adult parasite were 91.7% ,93. 8% the cleanse rate and the deworming rate of larve were 83.3% ,90. 1%. At dosage of 10 and 15 mg/kg, the negative rate , the reductive rate of Fasciola hepatica ova, the the cleanse rate and the deworming rate of adult/larve were 100% respectively. (~)There was no obvious difference between Triclabendazofe suspensions and Triclabendazofe teblets at dosage of 10mg/kg to deworming Fasciola hepatica.②The yak using those three dosage did not appear abnormal reaction. The experiment proved that lOmg/kg, 15mg/kg of Triclabendazofe suspensions were effective and safe for deworming yak Fasciola hepatica, and 10mg/kg was an appropriate dosage to control Fasciola hepatica.
