针对矿井提升机BF型防坠器在使用过程中出现的误动作及松绳过多情况,分析了造成其抓捕器误动作的原因和松绳保护设计存在的缺陷,并提出了解决方案。通过现场运行和试验表明,改进后已取得预期的效果,对于其他矿井在防坠器使用维护上具有一定的借鉴作用。

According to the circumstances that many false operation and rope loose happen during operation of coal mine hoist BF type safety hook. The reasons that cause false operation and rope loose are analyzed. At the same time, the solved proposal is given out. By operation and test, the pre-effect has gained, which provide some reference for the maintenance of safety hook in the other coal mines.
