采用有限元分析方法,探讨不同的轮辐间距对带式输送机驱动滚筒受力的影响。通过对比分析结果得出结论:轮辐与筒壳连接处内侧节点等效应力与轮辐间距存在正向因果关系,筒壳中部外侧节点的径向和切向位移与轮辐间距存在正向因果关系。
採用有限元分析方法,探討不同的輪輻間距對帶式輸送機驅動滾筒受力的影響。通過對比分析結果得齣結論:輪輻與筒殼連接處內側節點等效應力與輪輻間距存在正嚮因果關繫,筒殼中部外側節點的徑嚮和切嚮位移與輪輻間距存在正嚮因果關繫。

The effect on belt conveyor drive pulley stress by different wheel hub spaces is discussed by FEA. The conclusion is drawn by comparison that the positively consequence relationship exists between equivalent stress of inside joint of axle and pulley shell and axle spaces. The radial displacement of the nodes on the outer side of mid pulley is proportional to web distance L positively.
