首先根据山东省改革开放30多年经济发展水平和职工平均工资的统计数据,合理地对2011—2035年山东省的职工年平均工资进行了预测;然后根据几种不同的情况计算养老金替代率,给出了养老保险基金收支平衡的基本经济模型,对影响养老保险基金收支平衡的相关变量或因素进行简要分析,最后提出了实现山东省养老保险基金收支平衡的建议.

A reasonable average wage of workers in the 2011--2035 years of Shandong Province was predicted ac- cording economic development level and the average wage data of reforming and opening up 30 years. The pen- sion replacement rate was calculated acoording to several different situation, and the basic economic model of the pension insurance fund blance was provided. The suggestions for achieving the balance of payments of the pen- sion insurance fund of Shandong Province were provided through analyzing the variables and factors of the pension insurance fund balance.
