为满足甘肃省黄土高原的某大型330 kV变电站的使用功能要求,通过分析场地的地层结构、黄土湿陷性、地下水、地基土腐蚀性等岩土工程条件,确定该工程采用全场大面积素土挤密桩地基处理方案.并选取变电站内两块场进行了2种桩心距、相同桩长的素土挤密桩地基处理试验,试验结果表明0.9m桩心距的地基处理效果更优,因此确定素土挤密桩施工采用0.9 m桩心距.

To meet the foundation treatment requirements of a large 330 kv transformer substation located in col- lapsible loess area of Gansu Province, the method of using soil compaction pile in ground improvement was a- dopted, as compared with other approaches by analyzing the geotechnical engineering conditions including the earth structure, the characteristics of collapsible loess, as well as the corrosion of the under-ground water and site soil, etc. In the site test of the ground improvement schemes, two typical piles distance were experimented in collapsible loess area of the transformer location. The 0.9m pile distance were tested to be a better choice for this project's ground soil treatment considering certain test results, and the distance of the soil compaction pile was chosen to be 0.9m in this soil-improvement experience.
