传统动力总成悬置参数匹配方法是将动力总成视为单刚体,对轴向较长的混合动力总成,因该方法忽略了其轴向弯曲模态的影响,易造成动力总成轴向振动过大。本文提出将混合动力总成系统分为两个刚体考虑的方法,通过选配合适的悬置刚度参数和试验验证,取得了将轴向振动加速度最大值从22.5g下降到16.4g、振动较大点数量大幅减少的效果,有重要的理论意义和实用价值。
傳統動力總成懸置參數匹配方法是將動力總成視為單剛體,對軸嚮較長的混閤動力總成,因該方法忽略瞭其軸嚮彎麯模態的影響,易造成動力總成軸嚮振動過大。本文提齣將混閤動力總成繫統分為兩箇剛體攷慮的方法,通過選配閤適的懸置剛度參數和試驗驗證,取得瞭將軸嚮振動加速度最大值從22.5g下降到16.4g、振動較大點數量大幅減少的效果,有重要的理論意義和實用價值。

The powertrain is regarded as a single rigid body for matching parameter in traditional method. However, for long-axial hybrid powertrain, the traditional way ignored the axial bending-mode, which makes serious axi- al-vibration. In this paper, a new method has been adopted which regards the powertrain as two rigid blocks so as to make the maximum value of axial vibration from 22.5 g to 16.4 g, and the number of points of vibration peak de-creased largely with the method validated. There is great theoretical significance and practical value.
