中高职教育衔接是在大力发展职业教育、增强职业教育吸引力理念下产生的，不仅利于职业教育内部体系完善，同时为不同类型教育间的均衡发展提供条件。中高职衔接是关系职业教育，乃至整个教育健康发展的关键因素之一。从中高职教育的现状人手，分析了中高职教育衔接的必要性、可行性、理论基础、政策依据，最后提出了实现中高职教育衔接的几项措施。

Convergence of secondary and higher vocational education is born of the idea which issues that develop vocational education vigorously, and enhance attraction of vocational.
