通过EnergyPlus能耗模拟软件对长沙某办公建筑进行模拟,得出5种节能措施下该建筑的能耗状况与节能效果,其中方案五综合了其余4种方案的节能措施,全年的冷、热负荷都有显著降低,本文对同类公共建筑的节能改造有一定的指导意义。

The measures are adopted to improve the energy-saving effects for certain existing building in Changsha.Through using the EnergyPlus soft to simulate the effect of energy-saving measures,the cost of energy-saving measures are put forward,the energy saving effect of five energy saving measures is analyzed and the energy-saving measures of similar office building are advanced.
