隔热层路基作为调控冻土路基稳定的工程措施已在青藏高原多年冻土区应用。为了完善该工程措施的设计、施工及质量控制,在总结青藏公路多年冻土科研成果的基础上,结合"共和至玉树高速公路项目"设计与施工实际,指出了隔热层路基在应用过程中需要注意的问题。

Subgrade with insulation layer, as the engineering measure for regulating stability of subgrade in frozen soil region, has been applied in permafrost region in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In order to perfect the design and improve the construction and quality control of this measure, the issues need to be paid attention to during application of subgrade with insulation layer are pointed out, which is carried out on the basis of the summary of research achievements on permafrost in Qinghai-Tibet Highway and in combination with the practices in the design and construction of "Gonghe-Yushu Highway Project".
