以巯基乙酸为稳定剂在水溶液中使Cd2+与NaTeH在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)上原位生长CdTe量子点(QDs),并与生物分子牛血清蛋白(BSA)偶联.通过电镜、荧光、紫外、傅立叶红外等技术,对量子点-碳纳米管异质结(CdTe-MWCNTs)及异质结-牛血清蛋白复合物(CdTe-MWCNTs-BSA)进行表征.结果表明,活化的碳纳米管有微弱荧光,CdTe-MWCNTs异质结及CdTe-MWCNTs-BSA复合物均具有荧光性质,在碳纳米管壁上的CdTe量子点直径大约5nm,它们具有不同的红外光谱特征.

The CdTe quantum dots grew in situ on the multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) with thioglycollic acid as the stabilizer, Cd2+ and NaTeH as reactant in aqueous solution. The as prepared CdTe-MWCNTs quantum dots-MWCNTs heterojunctions could couple with bovine serum albumin (BSA). Both CdTe-MWCNTs and CdTe-MWCNTs-BSA were characterized by TEM, fluorescence spec- trum,UV and FT-IR measurements. The fluorescence analysis showed that functionalized MWCNTs had weak fluorescence, both CdTe-MWCNTs heterojunctions and CdTe-MWCNTs-BSA multiplex exhibited fluorescence absorption. The TEM results revealed that the diameter of CdTe quantum dots was about 5 nm. The FT-IR spectra indicated that the CdTe quantum dots grew on the functionalized MWCNTs and coupled with BSA.
