目的：为了拓展中药应用途径，让中药在雾化领域更规范普及的应用；方法：2011年9月-2012年5月从本院门诊年龄在3—6岁之间病人中选择500例，随机数字进行分组1治疗组为气动组，对照组为电动组，2组同期再采用中药双黄连粉针剂600mg／支＋生理盐水10ml，使用稀释液4ml／饮，2次／天；连续3天。观察发热、咳嗽、痰量、咽部急性症状，气溶胶面部沉积情况等，比较2组总有效率。结果：双黄连气动雾化治疗儿童上呼吸道感染相对电动雾化需药液量少，雾气量大，流量流速稳定，起效迅速，副作用少；结论：双黄连气动雾化非常适合儿科患者使用。
목적：위료탁전중약응용도경，양중약재무화영역경규범보급적응용；방법：2011년9월-2012년5월종본원문진년령재3—6세지간병인중선택500례，수궤수자진행분조1치료조위기동조，대조조위전동조，2조동기재채용중약쌍황련분침제600mg／지＋생리염수10ml，사용희석액4ml／음，2차／천；련속3천。관찰발열、해수、담량、인부급성증상，기용효면부침적정황등，비교2조총유효솔。결과：쌍황련기동무화치료인동상호흡도감염상대전동무화수약액량소，무기량대，류량류속은정，기효신속，부작용소；결론：쌍황련기동무화비상괄합인과환자사용。
