目的：探讨颅内生殖细胞瘤手术结合放疗的疗效。方法：选择病变位于松果体区8例、鞍区4例、基底节区1例，其中7例通过手术获得病理学结果，6例采用直接放射治疗，并通过6月-5年的临床随访。结果：全部病例生存状况良好，症状消失和好转10例，生活自理3例。结论：手术的目的主要是针对严重脑积水、视神经受压患者，放射治疗对颅内生殖细胞瘤效果良好。
目的：探討顱內生殖細胞瘤手術結閤放療的療效。方法：選擇病變位于鬆果體區8例、鞍區4例、基底節區1例，其中7例通過手術穫得病理學結果，6例採用直接放射治療，併通過6月-5年的臨床隨訪。結果：全部病例生存狀況良好，癥狀消失和好轉10例，生活自理3例。結論：手術的目的主要是針對嚴重腦積水、視神經受壓患者，放射治療對顱內生殖細胞瘤效果良好。
목적：탐토로내생식세포류수술결합방료적료효。방법：선택병변위우송과체구8례、안구4례、기저절구1례，기중7례통과수술획득병이학결과，6례채용직접방사치료，병통과6월-5년적림상수방。결과：전부병례생존상황량호，증상소실화호전10례，생활자리3례。결론：수술적목적주요시침대엄중뇌적수、시신경수압환자，방사치료대로내생식세포류효과량호。
Obective： To explore the clinical effect of individualized treatment for intracranial genninoma. Methods： Thirteen patients with intracranial germinoma located in conarium, saddle area and basal ganglia regions of brain were studied retrospectively, Seven of the patients underwent microsurgery and radiotherapy, six only radiotherapy. Results All of them were recovered well, ten patients＇ symptoms were disappeared or relieved and three obtained ability of self -care. Conclusion The purpose of surgery is mainly in patients with severe hydrocephalus or optic nerve compression, radiotherapy has satisfied effects in intracranial genninoma.
