本文研究冷热循环对CERAMAGE聚合瓷摩擦磨耗性能的影响并与直接充填材料可乐丽菲露对比,探讨其机理,为临床应用提供依据,把CERAMAGE聚合瓷和可乐丽菲露充填于模具内固化,制备成相应规格试件后自凝塑料包埋成实验机器夹具要求形态后抛光备用。把两种材料分为两组:一组直接进行滑动摩擦试验;另一组在完成5000次冷热水循环老化后再进行滑动摩擦试验。在体式显微镜放大10倍条件下测量磨痕宽度,并进行扫描,电镜分析。所得数据进行统计学分析。冷热水循环老化后,CERAMAGE聚合瓷的耐磨性能无显著变化,可乐丽菲露的耐磨性能降低。

In this paper, to study the influence of thermocycling on the wear behavior of CERAMAGE ceremer in comparison with directly restorative resin KURARAY, and discuss the mechanism as basis of clinic use. CERAMAGE and KURARAY were filled into a model and light - cured according to manufacturer' s recomendation, then embeded by a self- cured resin and polished for wear experiment. The specimens were divided into two groups: one group went for wear testing; the other group were subjected to thermocycling {5,000 cycles} in water (5/55℃ }before wear testing. The width of wearing scar was measured under an optical microscope. The wearing scars were observed with SEM. The thermocycling lowered wear resistance of KURARAY, but had no statistical influence on CERAMAGE.
