德宏黄牛是我国南方肉牛资源的重要组成部分,血统保护完好,具有丰富多样的遗传基因,繁殖力、抗逆性强,对肉用性能开发潜力较大。本文对德宏黄牛品种资源保护及开发利用,进行了客观地分析和总结,阐述了保护德宏黄牛遗传资源的重要性。提出了资源保护及开发利用方法和技术措施,为今后进一步提高其优良特性、利用好这一地方品种资源作一建议性探讨,供同行们参考。
