结合农业高校师资队伍建设的特点及存在的问题,提出新时期农业院校师资培养培训新模式。以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,首先讨论了目前农业类院校学科设置的特点;其次分析了师资队伍建设的现状及师资培养培训过程中遇到的重点与难点问题;最后具体地提出了解决问题的对策与建议。
