Resource cities′ transformation was a profound change in the city′s economic social,it was a long complex system project.The transformation was imperative to establish a comprehensive,objective,scientific evaluation index system as a baton and evaluation ruler.An evaluation index system was built from the four dimensions of economic,social,resource and environmental,and AHP was made as an evaluation method.
