近年来,我国高校创新创业教育蓬勃发展。民办高校在新形势下要发挥自身优势,力求在三个方面有所突破。一是遵循创新创业人才培养规律,在深刻认识创新创业实践教育的重要地位上有所突破;二是改革创新创业人才培养模式,在强化实践教学、探索设立创业实践教育学分上有所突破;三是改善创新创业教育条件,在加强创新创业教师（导师）队伍建设和完善实践教学设施上有所突破。

Internationalization is the developing tendency for the co-existence of the higher education field with the popularization, diversification, optimization and privatization. For carrying out the international strategy of the ci- vilian-run higher education,it is necessary to change the leading idea, get the support of the government＇ s policy and the social organization＇ s participation to invite good international education resources, expand international cooperation, bring in social capital;meanwhile, pay attention to the negative influence in the course of internalization. Carrying out the international strategy of the civilian-run higher education is also an important way to promoting the construction of our country＇ s high level civilian-run colleges and universities.
