以华南205号木薯为试材，研究了不同水肥耦合水平效应对木薯水分利用效率的影响，并分析了影响木薯水分利用效率的生理因素。结果表明，木薯单叶水分利用效率水分处理间存在着极显著差异，肥料搭配问存在显著差异。试验得出最优的水肥耦合水平是A2B2，适中的水肥耦合水平能使木薯达到较高水分利用效率，提高水分利用效率是提高产量的关键途径。

This investigation studies the influence of different water and fertilizer levels to the South China 205 cassava＇s water use efficiency,Analyzes the influence of physiological factors of cassava＇s water use efficiency. The data result showed that there were highly significant differences among water treatments of eassava＇s water use effi- ciency of simple leaf, and different manure treatments have some significant differences. The result shows that the best water and fertilizer levels is A2B2, The cassava can get a higher water use efficiency under the circumstance of moderate water and fertilizer coupling,then increase water use efficiency is an important way to increase yield.
