Based on the complex adaptive system theory,it analyzed the physical education teaching characteristic thoroughly.The research pointed out：The students are the compatible main body,and have the initiative,in system＇s misalignment mechanism their relationship consist of its evolved prime motors,and the system evolution trend to the chaos edge,and has the emergence phenomenon in the physical education teaching system.It obtains enlightenment as follows：emphasize on teachers and students relationship and build the studying organization;improve teaching and promotion misalignment mechanism;optimize the evaluation for teaching,improve the ability of dynamic monitoring and so on in the new period.
