研究旋流器耦合膜分离过程澄清糖浆的效果:分析原始糖浆和分离过程糖浆中粒子粒径分布情况;对比2种膜的膜通量变化情况和混浊度去除率。结果表明:在0.05MPa压力下,稳定膜通量5u为0.87m3/m2.h,10U膜为1.83m3/m2.h;混浊度平均去除率5u膜为16.73%,10U为29.53%。

This paper studies the effect of cyclone coupling memorane separautm tt, ~ y .,.~v particle size distribution was analyzed for various syrups. It researched two kinds of membrane flux changes and the removal efficiency of turbidity. The results showed that: under 0.05 MPa pressure, stabilizing membrane flux for 5 U membrane was 0.87 m3/m2·h and for 10 U membrane was 1.83 m3/m2·h. The average removal rate of turbidity for 5U membrane was 16.73% and for 10U membrane was 29.53%.
