报道了贵州省药用植物4258种，根据世界卫生组织1993年创建的ICD-10（《国际疾病分类系统》第十次修订本）国际疾病分类系统，对贵州省的药用植物进行了与国际疾病分类接轨的分类应用。并对药用植物涉及到的21类、932条疾病进行了统计分析，结果表明：对R00～R99症状、体征和临床与实验室异常所见，不可归类在他处者有疗效的药用植物占总数的13．63％、A00～B99某些传染病和寄生虫病占12．34％和K00～K93消化系统疾病占11．59％。贵州省药用植物中，涉及最多的疾病是S00一T14跌打损伤、A03．901痢疾、M79．094风湿性肌痛症，计有1156种、828种和784种植物与此相关。

There are 4 258 species of the medicinal plant in Guizhou province. According to ICD-10 of Interna- tional Classification of Diseases, an statistical analysis has been conducted for the diseases related to 21 categories including 932 items. In terms of R00-R99, effective medicinal plants account for 13.63 % of the total medicinal plants for symptoms, signs and laboratory findings, as well as those not elsewhere classified; 12.34 % for certain infectious and parasitic diseases of A00-B99 ; and 11.59 % for diseases of the digestive system of K00-K93. The most common diseases treated with medicinal plants from Guizhou Province are 1 156 species, 828 species and 784 species respectively relating to injuries from falls, fractures, contusions and strains of S00-T14, shigellosis unspeci- fied bacillary dysentery NOS of A03. 901, and polymyalgia rheumatic of M79. 094.
