拔尖创新型人才是我国现阶段国家理科基地人才培养的目标之一。基于拔尖创新型人才培养的思路、目标和特点,南京师范大学生物学国家理科基地一直努力探索本科生科研训练的机制、模式与途径。文章探讨了该校多层次、多平台、多阶段的科研训练体系,同时对该体系的不足进行了完善。实践证明,这一模式通过整合教育资源,既培养了学生的科研素养、创新精神和实践能力,又提升了本科生的综合素质。

Top-notch Innovative talent is one of objectives of training talents in China national science base at present stage.Based on the ideas,objective,and characteristics of training top-notch innovative talents,national biological science base in Nanjing Normal University is always trying to explore the mechanism,model,and way to undergraduates＇ research training.The paper explores the university＇s multi-level,multi-platform,and multi-stage research training system,and also perfects the shortage of system.Practice shows that through integrating educational resources,the model not only trains students＇ research quality,innovative spirit,and ability of practice,but also promotes undergraduates＇ comprehensive quality.
