在总结刚性伸缩剑杆织布机织造生产实践的基础上,对国产3k碳纤维平纹布的设计计算、工艺流程、织造工艺等问题进行了分析和研究。结果表明:采用碳纤维丝束缠绕张力2 N和速度30 m/min的定长络筒退绕;碳纤维经纱采用单束经纱张力为5 N的径向退绕,织布速度在80 r/min时,可以得到表观质量和性能均有较大提高的3k碳纤维平纹布。
在總結剛性伸縮劍桿織佈機織造生產實踐的基礎上,對國產3k碳纖維平紋佈的設計計算、工藝流程、織造工藝等問題進行瞭分析和研究。結果錶明:採用碳纖維絲束纏繞張力2 N和速度30 m/min的定長絡筒退繞;碳纖維經紗採用單束經紗張力為5 N的徑嚮退繞,織佈速度在80 r/min時,可以得到錶觀質量和性能均有較大提高的3k碳纖維平紋佈。
재총결강성신축검간직포궤직조생산실천적기출상,대국산3k탄섬유평문포적설계계산、공예류정、직조공예등문제진행료분석화연구。결과표명:채용탄섬유사속전요장력2 N화속도30 m/min적정장락통퇴요;탄섬유경사채용단속경사장력위5 N적경향퇴요,직포속도재80 r/min시,가이득도표관질량화성능균유교대제고적3k탄섬유평문포。
On the basis of summing up the production practices of domestic rigid telescopic shaft loom weaving, through the 3k carbon fiber woven fabric of designing, weaving technology, process and operation, such problems were analyzed and studied, it has achieved good results. The results show that the use of filament winding tension of 2N, speed of 30meters/min fixed-length bobbin unwinding; carbon fiber warp tows with a single beam of warp tension for 5N radial unwinding, weaving at a rate of 80 r/min, can get the apparent quality and performances are better than 3k carbon fiber fabric.
