通过对相关适航文件的研读和恒神材料体系鉴定的实践,对复合材料体系适航鉴定的依据、目标、内容、程序、试验大纲的编写、鉴定成果等进行了归纳总结,分别给出了碳纤维和预浸料鉴定的要点,同时介绍了用户规范、供应商规范和行业规范的差别和不同的作用。并在对国外相关规范和适航文件理解的基础上,讨论了目前国内对碳纤维抗拉伸强度指标理解的误区以及作者对此的认识。

This paper summarizes the related documents, target and contents, process, development of test program and the final results for the material qualification based on the understanding of the related airworthiness documents and the practice of Hengshen＇s carbon fiber qualification process. The main point on qualification for carbon fiber yarn and prepregs are presented. Also the difference among the end-user＇s, supplier＇s and industries＇ material specification, and their usage are introduced. In the paper the misunderstanding of acceptance/rejection limit values for tensile ultimate strength in the specification is discussed.
