回收水槽和喷房壁上的废漆渣经过再生工艺处理后可以用于涂装工件表面。涂层性能测试结果为硬度2B、附着力1级、光泽度12、耐中性盐雾实验150h。结果表明:干性漆渣经过再生处理后,再涂装于工件表面,其涂层的性能几乎可以达到原油漆的性能。说明该回收再生利用工艺合理,不但可以为企业节约成本,而且减少了固体垃圾对社会环境的污染危害,具有广阔的前景。

The paint waste collected from water channel and spray room of garage and then recycled can be used in coated work. It was found that the recycled dry paint performs aImost as well as the original. The tests on coated work showed that the hardness, the adhesion, the glossiness and the salt sprary testing were 2B, 1 level, 12 and 150 hours respectively. It was concluded that recycling surely has a bright future because it not only helps enterprises save costs but also reduce pollution.
