采用不同的测定方法,分析了生长在不同生态环境的蝴蝶兰和荷花的花瓣、叶片在不同部位、不同发育时期的SOD、VC、叶绿素、蛋白质、糖类等7种物质,研究分析认为:不同部位的蝴蝶兰花瓣、叶片中VC、糖类含量高;荷花花瓣、叶片中SOD、蛋白质含量高;蝴蝶兰叶片中叶绿素含量高;半开期蝴蝶兰、荷花花瓣物质含量最丰富是获得最佳物质资源的关键时期。
採用不同的測定方法,分析瞭生長在不同生態環境的蝴蝶蘭和荷花的花瓣、葉片在不同部位、不同髮育時期的SOD、VC、葉綠素、蛋白質、糖類等7種物質,研究分析認為:不同部位的蝴蝶蘭花瓣、葉片中VC、糖類含量高;荷花花瓣、葉片中SOD、蛋白質含量高;蝴蝶蘭葉片中葉綠素含量高;半開期蝴蝶蘭、荷花花瓣物質含量最豐富是穫得最佳物質資源的關鍵時期。
채용불동적측정방법,분석료생장재불동생태배경적호접란화하화적화판、협편재불동부위、불동발육시기적SOD、VC、협록소、단백질、당류등7충물질,연구분석인위:불동부위적호접란화판、협편중VC、당류함량고;하화화판、협편중SOD、단백질함량고;호접란협편중협록소함량고;반개기호접란、하화화판물질함량최봉부시획득최가물질자원적관건시기。
By employing different determination method, this paper analyzed SOD, VC, chlorophyll, protein, sugar and so forth contained in different parts of the petals and leaves of Phalaenopsis amabilis and lotus in different phases of their growth. The analysis indicated that Phalaenopsis amabilis contains much VC and sugar in its petals and leaves; lotus has much SOD and protein in its petals and leaves; Phalaenopsis amabilis holds chlorophyll in leaves; half-blossoming Phalaenopsis amabilis and lotus are both rich in and are thought to be the critical period to get all the substances mentioned above.
