运用波特一劳勒综合激励模型对高校学生会干部的工作积极性进行分析,认为由于努力一绩效环节不畅、绩效——报酬环节受阻及效价和期望值不高导致高校学生会缺乏高效的激励系统,并依据该模型从解除学生会工作场景限制、发挥学生干部的主体性、提高学生会干部综合素质及提高学生会干部效价四个环节,对建立高效运转的激励系统,调动学生会干部工作积极性提出了对策。
運用波特一勞勒綜閤激勵模型對高校學生會榦部的工作積極性進行分析,認為由于努力一績效環節不暢、績效——報酬環節受阻及效價和期望值不高導緻高校學生會缺乏高效的激勵繫統,併依據該模型從解除學生會工作場景限製、髮揮學生榦部的主體性、提高學生會榦部綜閤素質及提高學生會榦部效價四箇環節,對建立高效運轉的激勵繫統,調動學生會榦部工作積極性提齣瞭對策。

This paper analyzed the work enthusiasm of the university student union leaders by Porter - Lawler comprehensive incentive model. The College Student Union lacks efficient incentive system because of poor of the link between effort and performance, between performance and reward, low valence and expectations. According to the model this paper has proposed countermeasures, which are lifting of the work setting limit, exerting the subjectivity of the university student union leaders, improving the overall quality and valence of them, establis- hing efficient incentive system and motivating the work enthusiasm of them.
