近十年,我国中小学教师培训模式逐渐从传统单一的传授式培训为主向国际化、多元化的培训模式转型;在培训内容上更加注重教师专业发展需求与教学实践相结合;在培训主体上逐渐打破以高校和教育培训机构为主的局面,鼓励以高校、中小学、培训单位三者联合形成培训共同体,共同促进教师专业发展。
近十年,我國中小學教師培訓模式逐漸從傳統單一的傳授式培訓為主嚮國際化、多元化的培訓模式轉型;在培訓內容上更加註重教師專業髮展需求與教學實踐相結閤;在培訓主體上逐漸打破以高校和教育培訓機構為主的跼麵,鼓勵以高校、中小學、培訓單位三者聯閤形成培訓共同體,共同促進教師專業髮展。
근십년,아국중소학교사배훈모식축점종전통단일적전수식배훈위주향국제화、다원화적배훈모식전형;재배훈내용상경가주중교사전업발전수구여교학실천상결합;재배훈주체상축점타파이고교화교육배훈궤구위주적국면,고려이고교、중소학、배훈단위삼자연합형성배훈공동체,공동촉진교사전업발전。
Teacher training model of primary and middle school transformed from simple instruction model to international and diversity model in the past ten years. In training contest , more concerned on connecting teacher professional development needs with teaching practice; In training institute, encouraging training community connected with college , primary and middle school and training institutes together to promote teacher professional development.
