研究了如何提高我国中小企业质量水平和本市现有中小企业的质量管理人员占有比例,结果表明,本市中小企业的本科以上学历的管理人员占有比例仅占5%。为此,提出了一些提高质量管理水平的思路。

How to improve the level of quality management in small and medium - sized enterprises in China has been researched, so did the possession＇ s proportion of people of quality management existing. The results show that the possession of management of the city small and medium - sized enterprises undergraduate degree is only 5%. And some ideas of improving the level of quality management have been drawed.
