研究了用大孔径毛细管柱定量分析唑虫酰胺方法。色谱条件如下:DB-115m×0.53×0.5μm。柱温215℃,进样口和检测器温度250℃,载气N2 13mL/min。邻苯二甲酸二癸酯作内标物。本方法在0.625~7.5μg质量的进样范围内和峰面积呈线性。相关系数(R)0.999 8唑虫酰胺分析的回收率为99.95%。

A method of quantitative analysis for tolfenpxrad by a wide bore capillary column has been studied. Conditions were as follows. Column: 15m ×0.53mm ×0.51μm DB-1; column temperature: 215℃; temperatures of injector and detector: 250℃, and carried gas: N2 13 mL/ min.. The 1, 2-Benzenedicarboxylicacid, 1, 2-didecyl ester was used as internal standard. This analytical method is linear and reproducible over the range 0.625 -7.5μg analyte. A fit these data to a straight line using a least- correlation coefficient yields an R value of 0.9998. The recoveries was 99.95%.
