向氨氮废水中投加磷源和镁源可以形成磷酸铵镁(MAP)沉淀。本试验采用轻烧镁粉作为MAP法的镁源。试验对配比、pH、反应时间对氨氮去除率的影响进行了研究。确定了最佳反应条件。实验结果表明:当摩尔比N:Mg:P=1:8:1(将轻烧镁粉看作纯氧化镁计算)、pH=7、反应时间为50min时,氨氮去除率达到92%,剩余磷含量为2mg/L。

It is known that ammonium can be precipitated with magnesium and phosphates in the form of MgNH4PO4 (MAP) compounds. In this study, light burned magnesium was used as magnesium source. The effects of pH, reaction time and the ratio of magnesium and phosphorus precipitators on the ammonia nitrogen removal were investigated. The better conditions of these factors were discussed. The results show that at the molar ratio of N:Mg:P=1:8:1 (seeing light burned magnesium as pure MgO), pH=7, reaction time of 50rain, the ammonia nitrogen reached 92%, the remained phosphorus concentration was 2mg/L.
