Taking TI MCU MSP430F5438 as the control core, combining stepping motor and precision potentiometer WDD35D-4, a flat precise control and laser tracking is realized based on free pendulum. When the pendulum angle is between 45 and 60 degrees, the plate can carry eight one-yuan coins and maintain stability in 5 swing periods. When the pendulum angle is between 30 and 60 degrees, the laser pen fixed on the pendulum flat can find and track the target 1.5 m away in 15 s.
