选用18日龄肉鸡80羽,随机分为4组,分别为组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ、组Ⅳ,其中组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ为试验组,组Ⅳ为对照组。每组5个重复,每个重复4羽(9)。采用单因子随机分组设计,共设4个处理,组Ⅰ为基础饲料+1%松针粉,组Ⅱ为基础饲料+3%松针粉,组Ⅲ为基础饲料+5%松针粉,对照组为基础饲料+抗生素。研究结果表明,干物质表观代谢率组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ与对照组之间无显著性显著(P〉0.05),但组Ⅲ干物质表观代谢率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05),5%松针粉组干物质代谢率比对照组低5.46%,其余各组间无显著性差异(P〉0.05);粗蛋白质日摄入量及日排出量各组间均无显著性差异(P〉0.05):粗蛋白质表观代谢率组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ分别比对照组提高了18.34%、23.44%、27.13%;粗脂肪日摄入量组Ⅲ显著高于组Ⅰ和对照组(P〈0.05),试验组之间无显著性差异(P〈0.05);粗脂肪日排出量组Ⅲ显著高于组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ及对照组(P〈0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异(P〉0.05);粗脂肪的表观代谢率组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其余各组间无显著性差异(P〉0.05),粗脂肪的表观代谢率组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ分别比对照组提高了6.86%、9.43%、5.05%;磷的日摄入量、日排出量、表观代谢率各组间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。

The test has adopted random control design,80 broilers were randomly divided into basal diet + 1% pine needle powder (group Ⅰ ) ,basal diet + 3% pine needle powder (group Ⅱ ),basal diet+5% pine needle powder (group m )and basal diet + Tylosin (control) ,5 replicates in each group and 4 chickens in each replicate (females). The results showed that apparent metabolizable rate (AMR) of DM were not significantly different in group Ⅰ ,group Ⅱ and control (P〉0.05),but apparent metabolizable rate of control were higher significantly than the group Ⅲ (P〈0.05),AMR of control was increased by 5.46%, there was not significantly in other group. Ⅰn terms of CP, apparent metabolizable rate of group Ⅰ 、Ⅱ、Ⅲ ,were higher significantly than the control(P〈0.05), apparent metabolizable rate of group Ⅰ , Ⅱ、Ⅲ were increased by 18.34%(P〈0.05), 23.44%(P〈0.05), 27.13%(P〈 0.05) respectively. Ⅰn terms of EE, apparent metabolizable rate of group Ⅰ , Ⅱwere higher significantly than the control(P〈0.05), apparent metabolizable rate of group Ⅰ 、Ⅱ、Ⅲ were increased by 6.86%(P〈0.05), 23.44%(P〈0.05), 27.13%(P〈0.05) respectively.
