从以人为本的视角对“教体结合”培养竞技体育后备人才的模式进行了重新审视，认为“教体结合”是我国培养竞技体育后备人才的必由之路。根据“教体结合”的培养状况，提出了“教”“体”系统要统一思想、明确分工、共同管理，建立以学校为主导的学生运动员培养选拔模式；相关职能部门要合理规划项目布局，进一步完善青少年竞赛体制，加大对课余训练的经费投入，建立科学的激励机制。

The paper takes a new look at the cultivation mode of the backup talents for competitive sports from the people - oriented perspective and find that＂ combining education with sports＂ is the necessary way to cultivate China competitive sports talents. According to the training condition of ＂ combining education with sports＂, some sugges- tions are put forward, such as： unifying our thinking, having clear assignment of responsibility, co - management and establishing a student - athletes training selection model led by school; The relevant functional departments should reasonably plan the project layout, further improve the youth competition system, increase the training funds invest- ment and establish scientific incentive mechanism.
