读者群体细分是实现图书馆针对性服务和个性化服务的基础。运用数据挖掘中的聚类分析方法，以图书历史借阅日志为依据，从读者借阅图书的活跃度和读者对文献的需求度两个层面实现了读者群体细分，为图书馆的图书采访、读者管理及图书推荐等工作提供了辅助决策支持。实践表明，聚类分析在图书馆读者群体细分中具有较强的可操作性和实用性。
讀者群體細分是實現圖書館針對性服務和箇性化服務的基礎。運用數據挖掘中的聚類分析方法，以圖書歷史藉閱日誌為依據，從讀者藉閱圖書的活躍度和讀者對文獻的需求度兩箇層麵實現瞭讀者群體細分，為圖書館的圖書採訪、讀者管理及圖書推薦等工作提供瞭輔助決策支持。實踐錶明，聚類分析在圖書館讀者群體細分中具有較彊的可操作性和實用性。
독자군체세분시실현도서관침대성복무화개성화복무적기출。운용수거알굴중적취류분석방법，이도서역사차열일지위의거，종독자차열도서적활약도화독자대문헌적수구도량개층면실현료독자군체세분，위도서관적도서채방、독자관리급도서추천등공작제공료보조결책지지。실천표명，취류분석재도서관독자군체세분중구유교강적가조작성화실용성。
The segmentation of reader groups is the foundation of the library targeted services and personalized service. Based on historic book borrow log, the paper uses duster analysis in data mining to achieve the segmentation of reader groups from the readers＇activity in borrowing books and the reader＇s demands for literature,which provides assistant decision - making support to book recommendation and book management for the readers. Result shows that the duster analysis has strong maneuverability and practicability in the segmentation of reader groups.
