建立了泡沫塑料吸附-原子吸收光谱法联用测定矿石中微量金含量的新方法。研究了泡沫塑料形状、处理方法、吸附酸度、吸附时间及王水浓度等实验条件对金吸附及测定灵敏度的影响。在优化实验条件下测定金含量,金的浓度为0~80μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,所得工作曲线回归方程为y=0.0058x+0.0052,相关系数r为0.9991,回收率在97%~102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.24%~7.87%(n=11)范围内。方法用于矿石中微量金含量的测定,获得满意结果。

A new method for the determination of trace gold in ore by flame atomic absorption after absorption by foam was proposed.The effect of experimental conditions such as foam shape,processing methods,adsorption acidity,adsorption time and aqua concentration on the gold adsorption,and determination sensitivity was discussed.Under the optimum conditions,the linear range in 0~80 μg/mL of gold concentration is good,regression equation is y=0.0058x+0.0052,correlation coefficient is 0.9991,the recovery is 97 %~102 %,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) is 3.24 %~7.87 %(n=11).The method was successfully applied to the determination of gold in ore.
