为了建立盐酸氟桂利嗪生产过程中的快速分析方法,采用紫外-分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对盐酸氟桂利嗪进行测定。对比结果表明,以盐酸为溶剂,选择253 nm为测定波长,在盐酸氟桂利嗪为7.488~17.472μg.mL-1的浓度范围内,紫外-分光光度法与高效液相色谱法具有很好的可靠性,可以作为生产过程质量控制的快速测定方法。
為瞭建立鹽痠氟桂利嗪生產過程中的快速分析方法,採用紫外-分光光度法和高效液相色譜法對鹽痠氟桂利嗪進行測定。對比結果錶明,以鹽痠為溶劑,選擇253 nm為測定波長,在鹽痠氟桂利嗪為7.488~17.472μg.mL-1的濃度範圍內,紫外-分光光度法與高效液相色譜法具有很好的可靠性,可以作為生產過程質量控製的快速測定方法。

In order to establish an accurate and speedy detection method for manufacture process of the flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,a spectrophotometry method was studied by comparing with HPLC method.The linear rang was 7.488~17.472 μg·mL-1 when hydrochloric acid was used as solvent,and 253 nm as detection wavelength.The results showed that the spectrophotometry method had high accurate same as HPLC,and could be used as speedy detection method.
