通过过量浸渍法用FeSO4溶液对天然斜发沸石进行改性,使用实验室固定床反应活性评价装置评价不同焙烧温度下制备的改性沸石催化剂性能。结果显示在350℃焙烧时制备的改性沸石催化剂具有最佳催化脱硫效果。利用程序升温脱附技术,分析负载铁改性沸石对SO2的吸附能力,结果显示350Fe-Clin对SO2的吸附能力最强,与活性评价结果相吻合。

Natural clinoptiloite is modified with FeSO4 solution by the method of excessive immersion.The property of the modified zeolite catalyst prepared at different calcination temperature is tested by fixed bed reactivity evaluation device.The results show that the optimal desulfurization efficiency of the modified zeolite catalyst is obtained when it was prepared at the calcination temperature of 350 ℃.TPD technique shows that the modified zeolite catalyst 350Fe-Clin has the strongest adsorption ability for SO2,which is consistent with the activity evaluation.
