改良型A2/O处理工艺用于海岛污水处理,通过调整进水流态,能适应海岛淡旺季废水的处理,以保证出水各项指标达到《广东省水污染物排放限值》（DB44/26—2001）第二时段一级排放标准限值要求,同时能大大降低运行成本。该工艺对海岛污水处理具有良好的借鉴意义。
