以活性炭为载体,用溶胶凝胶法制备TiO2/AC负载型催化剂,用XRD对其进行了表征。以甲基橙为目标降解物,以紫外灯为光源对催化剂进行了光降解研究。考察了催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂用量、光催化反应时间、催化剂重复使用次数等对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:催化剂煅烧温度500℃,催化剂用量为0.8 g/L,光催化反应时间为2 h,甲基橙降解率最高,可达到97.26%。催化剂再重复使用5次后,对甲基橙的降解率仍然可达到91.48%。

The titanium dioxide catalyst supported on activated carbon was prepared by sol-gel method.The experimental techniques of XRD was used to characterize the prepared specimens.The photocatalytic activities of TiO2/AC were also studied using methyl orange as a degradation product with UV lamp as light source.The effect of calcination temperature,photocatalyst amount,reaction time and repeated uses of catalyst were investigated in detail.The results showed that the TiO2/AC prepared by sol-gel method had good catalytic activity to methyl orange oxidation.The optimal photocatalytic oxidation conditions of methyl orange were 500 ℃ of calcination temperature,the catalyst dosage was 0.8 g/L.Under optimal conditions,the removal ratio of methyl orange was up to 97.26 % by 2 h radiation time.It had still 91.48 % after catalyst used for 5 times.
