The principle of quantitative determination of chemicals with nuclear magnetic resonance technology was introduced in the paper,then its application was described in three aspects including method of internal standard,method of external standard and method of relative content.Then the advantage of the technology and notices in its application were analyzed.Finally,the prospect of this technology was summarized.
