結閤Zn-Mn電池汞含量的標準製定和變遷過程,對Zn-Mn電池中汞的使用量進行分析,闡明近十年來廢舊Zn-Mn電池載汞量與載汞量變化趨勢,為評價廢舊Zn-Mn電池纍積過程的資源性與潛在危害性提供參攷。

In order to evaluate the effect of used Zn-Mn batteries contained mercury on the environment around us,this article is reviewing the policy of limiting mercury and Zn-Mn battery output from 1998 to 2007 and the number of batteries as well as their mercury amount were collected and calculated.The result showed that there were more than 40 million tons used batteries around us and these batteries contained more than 80000 kg mercury in them.Further more there was a bottle-neck factor in the process of recycling used Zn-Mn batteries which was not easy and economical to collect them because of more than 97 % used batteries were lost in environment and researchers pay little attention to the lost batteries and their hazardous till now although they had been doing much work on the recycling of used batteries.
