这篇文章综述了针对薯蓣皂甙元（俗称为皂素）制取传统工艺产生大量废水和发酵过程产生的有机质,对环境,尤其是水质产生严重污染。2008年以来在薯蓣皂甙元清洁制备工艺和综合利用研究方面的新进展,对皂素生产企业开发清洁生产新工艺有重要参考价值。
這篇文章綜述瞭針對藷蕷皂甙元（俗稱為皂素）製取傳統工藝產生大量廢水和髮酵過程產生的有機質,對環境,尤其是水質產生嚴重汙染。2008年以來在藷蕷皂甙元清潔製備工藝和綜閤利用研究方麵的新進展,對皂素生產企業開髮清潔生產新工藝有重要參攷價值。

The paper aimed at the wastewater that comes from traditional process of production of diosgenin from Yam and the organic matter from ferment.which polluted the environment,ever the water inparticula.The paper reviewed the recent progress in the cleaner production of diosgen from Yam and the synthetical using research since 2008,which was very worthful in producing the diosgenin unpollutedly.
