The reality of the conditions in local colleges has determined the practicality of thesis writing teaching. Construction of practicality can be made from these aspects as understanding concepts, content of courses, teaching content ,teaching methods and teaching tools. The basic requirements for construction of practicality is that thesis writing teaching must locate to practice, content of courses should be set for the actual requirements of thesis writing teaching, the teaching content should be popularized and that teaching must be based on multi-media.
