通过对半导体制冷原理及温度对太阳能电池主要表征参数影响等的讨论,解决了LED光源驱动、散热、太阳能电池温控等技术问题,设计出太阳能电池的温度特性测试装置,并利用该装置对Si太阳能电池特性参数进行了测量,测试结果与理论讨论相符,对提高太阳能电池的生产工艺水平和研究太阳能电池片的性能有重要参考价值。

Through the discussion of semiconductor refrigeration principle and the influence of temperature on the solar cells' main preferences, we solved the problems about the LED light source driver, heat dissipation, the technology problems of solar cell temperature control, besides, we have designed the temperature characteristic's test device, and use the device to measure silicon solar battery parameters. The test result is Consistent with the theoretical discussion, which has an important reference value of improving the level of production technology and the research of the performance of solar cells.
