In the background of economic globalization and international trade imbalance,the issue of parallel import of intellectual property is increasing,and it has become a hot topic of intellectual property protection and international trade conflicts.With the continuous development of China＇s comprehensive national strength and foreign trade,the cases of parallel import issue of intellectual property in China＇s international trade are becoming increasingly prominent.Therefore,we should fully understand provisions and attitudes in parallel import about major countries in the world and explore the development trend of the legal regulation of parallel import,provide opinions for making relevant legislation for our country,in order to protect our legal interests in international trade.
