Combining with the SmartPM 2000 energy efficiency management system in a certain commercial building, through the real-time energy consumption data analysis, the unreasonable problems about energy using were found, and the effective energy saving potential and direction were given for building manager. The real-time data through the classification, and partial measurement can be used to verify its effectiveness, obtain the objective reflection and evaluation. It was pointed out that data collection, analysis and diagnosis, and sustainable energy strategies could decrease building energy efficiency.
