通过扫描电镜以及辉光光谱,分析导致绒面彩涂板在后序加工过程中脱漆的因素。试验结果表明,缺陷彩涂板在彩涂机组预处理段因预处理剂涂覆量不足,以及热镀锌表面轻微氧化生成ZnO,导致涂层与基材附着力下降,造成绒面彩涂板在后序加工过程中表面脱漆。
