The bill of lading is the most important documents in international trade,which plays a very important role in the transfer of ownership of the goods and the payment of international trade.According to the ways of the identification of the effectiveness,the effectiveness of the bill of lading can be divided into complete property rights,quasi-property rights and tenure.In the case of international trade,the different national legislation and the judiciary for the understanding of the relevant conventions will result different judgments in the same case.Therefore,standardization of interpretation on the identification of the effectiveness of the bill of lading’s property rights will contribute to the smooth development of international trade.
