采用产业结构时间序列变化评价系数与产业结构稳定性评价指标对民勤县2003—2009年农业结构特征变化进行了定量研究。研究认为：2003—2009年间民勤县农业结构呈现出单一化趋势,在农业政策及农业市场环境的影响下,产业结构变动呈现突变性和不稳定性。民勤农业结构调整,需要在满足生态环境发展及经济发展需求的前提下,适当发展经济作物种植,加大林业及服务业产值比重。

Using evaluation indexes of changing evaluation coefficient industrial structure and the industrial structure stability in the time series,the paper studied the change of agricultural structure characteristics of Minqin County.The result showed that agricultural structure presents simplification trend in 2003—2009 years,agricultural structure presents mutations instability mode under the influence of the environment of agricultural policies and agricultural market,the change of industrial structure presents mutability and instability.The adjustment of agricultural structure should meet ecological environment development and economic development needs,appropriately develop economic crops,increase the proportion of the forestry services and production value.
